Los jaguares son parte principal en esta zona del pa\u00eds. A lo largo de los a\u00f1os se ha mantenido una poblaci\u00f3n importante de jaguares dentro de la reserva del parque nacional, y este sendero con su nombre que empieza justo detr\u00e1s de la casa principal de los guardaparques, lleva a un camino donde frecuentemente transitan los jaguares. La comunidad de Tortuguero cada a\u00f1o hace este festival del jaguar para recordar la importancia de coexistir con este maravilloso vecino.\u00a0 <\/span><span
